Categories and nominations

Categories

A category is one award. Open Categories to add, edit, reorder, or archive them. Each category has a name, description, optional sponsor, and optional judging criteria.

Nomination form

Nominations → Form Builder. Drag fields onto the form. Default fields: nominee name, contact email, supporting statement. Add custom fields per category if needed.

Public submission link

Click Open Submissions. Accolade generates a public URL anyone can submit through. No account needed. Share by email, embed on your website, or post on social.

Reviewing submissions

All submissions appear in Nominations → Inbox. Filter by category. Mark as Eligible, Ineligible, or Hold. Eligible nominees flow into Judging.

Closing nominations

Click Close Submissions when ready. The public link returns a "submissions closed" page. You can reopen at any time.
