Judging workflows

Single-round or multi-round

Default is single round, one panel scores all eligible nominees. Multi-round is available on Enterprise and Agency, e.g. public vote then expert panel.

Adding judges

Judging → Add Judge. Enter name, email, and which categories they'll score. Judges receive a magic link, no password required.

Scoring criteria

By default judges give a single 1-10 score. You can add multiple weighted criteria per category, e.g. Innovation 30%, Impact 40%, Quality 30%.

Conflicts of interest

On Enterprise and Agency, the Conflict Checker flags any judge who has a declared relationship with a nominee. Flagged scores are excluded from totals.

Anonymity

Nominees never see judges' names or scores. Judges never see each other's scores. Only Admin users see the full leaderboard.
