Auto-rank from judging scores

Winners → Generate Slate. Accolade ranks each category by total weighted score. You see the top 3 per category for review.

Manual override

You can override the algorithm for any category. Common reasons: tie-breaks, jury discretion awards, posthumous honours. All overrides are logged.

Locking the slate

Click Lock Slate 24-48 hours before the ceremony. After locking, scores are read-only and the Winners list is frozen.

Notifying nominees

Use Letters to send shortlist letters and result letters. Templates are pre-loaded, you customise tone and merge fields. Sent via SMTP from your domain.
