Guest list and table planner

Adding guests

Three ways: bulk CSV upload, individual entry, or sync from Ticketing if you sold tickets through Accolade.

Table planner

Table Planner → New Table. Choose round (8/10/12) or rectangular. Drag guests onto seats. The planner auto-warns if you double-book a guest, miss a dietary requirement, or seat conflicting parties together.

Sponsor tables

Tag any table as a sponsor table. Sponsor name appears on the digital seating chart and on printed table cards.

Check-in

On event day, use Check-In on a tablet or phone. Search guest name, tap Check In. Live arrival count appears on the dashboard.

Last-minute changes

The planner is real-time. Move guests between tables on the night, the chart updates instantly for whoever is on the door.
