Setting up your custom subdomain

Enterprise and Agency get a custom subdomain at yourname.accolade.live. Auto-provisioned on signup, no DNS work needed from you.

How it works

When you sign up on Enterprise or Agency, Accolade calls Render's API to add your slug as a custom domain. SSL certificate issues automatically (usually within 5 minutes). You're live on your subdomain instantly.

What if it didn't provision?

Occasionally the auto-provision fails (quota issues, slug conflicts). You'll still get the standard accolade.live/yourslug URL. Email support@accolade.live and we'll add it manually within 4 business hours.

Using your own domain (e.g. awards.yourbusiness.com)

Available on Enterprise as a paid extra. You add a CNAME pointing to yourname.accolade.live, we issue an SSL cert. Email support@accolade.live to set up.
