Setting up your account and organisation
Your organisation is your Accolade workspace. Everything lives inside it, events, nominations, judges, sponsors. One organisation per business.
Organisation profile
Go to Settings → Organisation. Set your legal name, billing address, VAT number (if applicable), and primary contact. These appear on invoices.
Branding
On Professional and above, upload your logo at Settings → Branding. It appears on guest-facing pages, exports, and emails. Enterprise gets full white-label with a custom subdomain.
Time zone and currency
Set both at Settings → Localisation. Default is UK / GBP. All event dates, ticket prices, and finance entries respect these.
