Exporting and deleting your data

Exporting

From any module, click Export. Choose CSV (Excel-friendly) or JSON (developer-friendly).

Full account export

Settings → Data → Full Export. Generates a single ZIP with every event, category, nominee, judge, sponsor, finance entry, and setting. Delivered to your email within 10 minutes.

Deleting individual records

Delete any record from its module. Soft-delete: kept for 30 days, recoverable from Settings → Recycle Bin.

Permanent deletion

Empty the recycle bin to hard-delete immediately. Or email privacy@accolade.live for full account deletion. We action within 30 days and confirm in writing.

What about backups?

Daily backups are kept for 30 days. After 30 days deleted data is gone from backups too.
