Cancelling or pausing your subscription

Cancelling

Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Confirm. Your plan drops to Free at the end of the current billing period.

What happens to your data

Nothing is deleted immediately. Your event data stays accessible on Free (within Free limits) for as long as you want. If your usage exceeds Free limits, modules outside the Free tier go read-only.

Full account deletion

If you want everything deleted, email privacy@accolade.live. We delete within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Coming back

Resume any time, your data is intact. Founder pricing is grandfathered, you re-enter at your original rate.
