Billing, upgrades, and invoices

How you pay

All card payments via Stripe. Stripe handles 3DSecure, receipts, and refunds. Enterprise and Agency over £20k annual can pay by invoice (BACS or wire).

Upgrading

Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Pick your new tier. Payment is prorated, you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.

Downgrading

Same place, pick a lower tier. Takes effect at end of current billing period. We'll warn you if your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits.

Invoices

Every payment generates an invoice with your VAT number and billing address. Download any time from Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Annual billing

Pay 12 months upfront for 20% off. Switch from monthly to annual at any time from Settings → Billing.
