Inviting team members

You can give your team access to Accolade with one of three roles.

The three roles

Admin. Can do everything including billing, deleting events, and inviting users. Use for founders and operations leads.

Editor. Can edit all event data but cannot touch billing or invite new users. Use for event managers and producers.

Viewer. Read-only access to dashboards and exports. Use for stakeholders and clients.

How to invite

Go to Settings → Users → Invite. Enter email and pick a role. They receive a magic link to set their password.

Seat limits

Free 1 seat, Professional 3 seats, Enterprise and Agency unlimited. Extra seats on Pro cost £50/month each.
