Using the AI Setup Wizard

The AI Setup Wizard is the fastest way to get a working event. Available on Professional, Enterprise, and Agency.

How it works

Open a new event. Click AI Wizard on the dashboard. Describe your awards in plain English. Example:

"Annual regional restaurant awards. 14 categories covering best new opening, best chef, best front of house, best wine list, best service. Two-round judging, public vote then expert panel. Ceremony in November with 350 guests."

The wizard generates:

• 14 category records with names and descriptions
• A two-round judging workflow with scoring criteria
• A draft event schedule (welcome drinks, dinner, ceremony, after-party)
• Default email templates for nominees, judges, and winners

You review, edit, and approve before anything goes live. Nothing is sent to guests automatically.

What the wizard does not do

It does not add sponsors, judges, nominees, or guests. Those are people, not templates. You add them.
