Sponsors (Pro)

Pro includes a basic sponsor list, contact, amount, status (prospect/confirmed/paid), and which category they sponsor.

Sponsor CRM (Enterprise+)

Enterprise adds a full sponsor pipeline with stages, deal values, expected close dates, and a 12-month relationship timeline. Plus the Outreach module for tracking emails sent and responses, and Proposals for generating PDF sponsor decks.

Sponsor deliverables

Each sponsor record tracks what you've promised them: logo placement, stage mention, table count, social posts, programme ad. Tick off as delivered.

Reporting

Generate a sponsor wrap report at the end of the event: every deliverable, with screenshots and metrics, for renewal conversations.
